Savior I come
Quiet my soul remember
Redemption's hill
Where Your blood was spilled
For my ransom

Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

You were as I
Tempted and trialed
You are
The Word became flesh
Bore my sin and death
Now You're risen

Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

To your heart
To your heart
Lead me to your heart
Lead me to your heart

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross
"Lead Me To the Cross" by Hillsong

I found this song after yesterday's post...funny how God waits until we've voiced all our questions or grumblings to remind us again of His goodness. He provided Jesus for me...He ransomed my soul with the blood of Jesus. There is never a reason for me to question or doubt Him, for He has given Himself for me.

"I am a great sinner, but Christ is a great Savior!" (John Newton, from Amazing Grace)
